New Locomotive Header

You may have noticed that the header on my website has changed. When WordPress
shared previous postings on Facebook and elsewhere, the image captured
used only the center of my header, which showed up as a patch of dirt. I decided to switch to a different photo I had taken during my visit in 2006 to the Golden Spike National
Historical Site, so that Union Pacific 119 occupies center stage. I thank my
friend MaryAnn Unger for cropping and enhancing my original photo, resulting in
a more powerful symbol that now appears as the header. MaryAnn is the current
president of Anthem Authors, a writing and critique group of which I am a
member, in Sun City Anthem, Henderson, Nevada. Not only is MaryAnn expert with
photography, she is an excellent writer. Keep watching for her mystery novels that will be appearing soon.
